BRYAN WEBB  

Bryan Webb is widely recognized for his passion and exceptional track record in healthcare real estate. With a deep commitment to delivering successful outcomes for his clients, he brings extensive transactional expertise in the disposition of both individual assets and portfolios. His hands-on, highly personalized approach focuses on understanding client needs, conducting thorough due diligence, and maintaining meticulous oversight of complex commercial real estate transactions. Known for his strong work ethic, absolute integrity, and ability to navigate even the most challenging deals, Bryan has built long-standing relationships with family offices, physician groups, institutional funds, private equity firms, developers, and private investors.

Career Timeline:

  • 2004 – Began his real estate career as a loan officer, gaining valuable insights into lender underwriting and loan processing.

  • 2007 – Transitioned into commercial leasing, representing landlords of office and industrial properties while working with both national and mid-sized companies.

  • 2008 – Joined Marcus & Millichap’s National Office Division in San Francisco, receiving best-in-class investment training and advancing to Senior Associate Director of the NOIPG Practice Group.

  • 2014 – Moved to Colliers International San Francisco, leading a team specializing in national investment sales within the private capital space, rising from Vice President to Senior Vice President.

  • 2019 – Became a Partner at Capital Pacific (now CP Partners), where he spearheaded the firm’s CPP Healthcare division.

  • 2025 – Founded Acuity Private Capital to continue providing premier advisory services in healthcare real estate.

 

Outside of work, Bryan enjoys staying active and spending time with his family. He coaches his kids' sports teams and takes every opportunity to travel, fish, and mountain bike. In the winter, he and his wife love taking their two children skiing and snowboarding along the Northern Coast of California, embracing their shared passion for the outdoors.

Bryan continues to leverage his extensive experience and market knowledge to help clients maximize the value of their real estate investments.

CONNOR FREEMAN

 

Connor is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with 15 years of experience helping buyers and sellers navigate the market. As the Senior Vice President at Acuity Private Capital, he has built a career centered on relationship-driven service, prioritizing long-term trust over one-time transactions. His ability to cultivate meaningful connections has led to repeat business, consistently positive client experiences, and a reputation for delivering thoughtful, tailored solutions that truly address his clients' needs.

 

Connor’s passion for continuous learning has fueled his deep understanding of investment real estate, enabling him to help clients create substantial wealth. Shaped by mentorship from top industry leaders at renowned national firms, he has developed a keen expertise in deal structuring, strategic negotiation, and market insight. His unwavering respect for his clients fosters a family-style approach, making every transaction not just a business deal but a collaborative, rewarding experience.

 

For the past five years, Connor served as Managing Partner at Northwest Capital, where he played a key role in growing the firm's Commerical investment platform. Prior to that, he spent nine years at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in tech leasing and medical space negotiations. He earned his education at Penn State as well as the University of California, Santa Barbara, as a student athlete, playing on a division one baseball team.

 

Outside of work, Connor is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their black lab, Luna. He is an avid skier, mountain biker, and enjoys fishing on his boat. When he's not closing deals, you’ll likely find him coaching his daughters' sports teams in Marin County, blending his love for mentorship and leadership both on and off the field.
