BIO:

I began my brokerage career just before the Great Recession—an undeniably challenging time to enter the industry. However, my unwavering belief in real estate as a powerful investment kept me grounded then, and it continues to drive me today. The most valuable lesson from those early years was the importance of perseverance—never giving up, no matter the circumstances. I was fortunate to have exceptional mentors both inside and outside the office, but my greatest education came from my clients. Their insights and experience fueled my passion and deepened my understanding of the business.

 

Since 2007, I have been fully committed to commercial brokerage. My journey started on the finance side at just 19, when I interned at a lending firm in my hometown of San Diego, CA. I quickly transitioned into commercial real estate, and by 2008, I was solely focused on leased investment sales. Over the years, I gained invaluable experience at national firms, shaping my expertise and refining my approach to the industry.

 

After spending 17 years at national and international brokerage firms, I founded Acuity Private Capital to maintain a razor-sharp focus on the investment industry. For me, success is about far more than closing deals—it’s about serving as a trusted advisor, guiding each client through the process with clarity and confidence, and even having some fun along the way. Acuity Private Capital was built on a foundation of accountability, innovation, and a relentless commitment to excellence. Our competitive, high-energy environment challenges the norm and fosters a culture where both our team and our clients can achieve at the highest level.

 

I take the time to understand the full scope of every project and each client’s unique objectives, allowing me to tailor a process that best fits their needs. It is incredibly rewarding to see a transaction come together seamlessly from start to finish. Understanding my clients' individual circumstances isn’t just part of the job—it’s essential to achieving the best possible outcome.

 

What drives me? Trust. When a client selects me to handle an assignment, I feel an immense responsibility to deliver. That trust fuels my passion, pushing me to dive in headfirst with energy, excitement, and an unwavering commitment to success.

They have also helped me build long-standing relationships with some of the most active investors on the West Coast—something I never take for granted. I work hard every day to strengthen those connections, always striving to bring even greater value to the clients who have placed their trust in me.
